1. The service
TrendTwin lets you design an AI-generated character (an “influencer”) and, as features roll out, generate images and videos featuring it. During the current early-access period, generation is done in batches and delivery times are not guaranteed.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
3. Your content
You own the characters you design and the content generated from them, and you grant TrendTwin a licence to store and process them to provide the service. You may not design characters that imitate a real person without their consent, or use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit.
4. AI-generated content
All characters are synthetic. You agree to disclose that content is AI-generated where the platform you post on, or the law, requires it.
5. Pricing
Designing an influencer is free. Paid features will be announced before they are charged and will require your explicit purchase.
6. Termination and changes
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, TrendTwin is not liable for indirect damages or for how generated content is used by you or third parties.
